The Madison

At the Madison our mission is to meet each person where they are at and to inspire and empower them to reach their full potential.
Life takes you to unexpected places. Love brings you home.

The Madison building in Winnipeg’s Wolseley neighbourhood was purchased in April 2011 to help serve those who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless as a supportive housing facility.

Residents at The Madison often face barriers to employment, have physical or cognitive disabilities or struggle with mental health illnesses.

The Madison is a place of intentional community building, with residential relations coordinators and a core group of volunteers on-site who help people break out of their shell by organizing activities which integrate them into the community and build self-esteem.
